a non work related image... but how can you pass this up? This mom to be was already a mom. She just had 'it'. You know? She was so sweet and lovely. I just can't say enough about how mom and dad interacted. They are so in love, and it shows. It makes my heart swell and realize how thankful I am to be in the best industry ever. I get to try to capture that.

Girl, I hope I did just that. You are gorgeous. Each one is better than the one before. I can't wait to get into this session. But for now, it is just a quickie BW conversion and a crop. (Believe me you don't need anything more than that!)

FUN! Okay so I am working on the save the date cards.... and I found all these papers I bought ages ago, so I thought I would play with some creative colors and fun textures. I am super beat and want to hit the sack but I just cannot stop playing!

What a wonderful new..........

Drop! WEEEE! I have a couple days without my favorite camera so I thought I would show everyone my new yuuuuumy drop. One of my gal pals and I did a drop swap. She wanted one I had and I wanted one she had! I missed my drop for a couple days, and now I am so thankful! This moment was VERY cute. This is what happens when you ask for Eskimo Kisses or a kiss. ;)

E sessions!

This couple has been together for a long time, so they were really comfortable together. I think they just were sooo adorable. Of course Linda knows I think she is an absolute doll anyway. I mean how can you be this cute and NOT think you are a doll?

Fashion Show

I had the privilege to be involved with the MWIB fashion show this year, and what fun it was. After the long hours of cleaning up and carting stuff home, I am finally able to look at a couple images.

The children were oh so cute with their little hips popped and their smiles of satisfaction of making it across that stage without getting nervous or having an anxiety attack! Moms beamed with pride, and I giggled with joy to see their little personalities pop right out with that hip!

There were some performances by the dancers and some quite fun and clean comedy from the MC handling the mic (pronounced MIKE hahah I asked to make sure it was spelled this way!) And LOOOOOTs of chatting and enjoying great food prepared by executive chef Mark Gentilella. Yum YUM!

Birthday Surprises!

Sorry no photo tonight! We went to the ball game and had a lovely carrot cake delivered to us that said HAPPY 50TH Birthday. Hahha you may not understand this but we always tell Matt he is the oldest young man we know and when we ask the kids how old he is they always respond with something funny. So this year we decided to put it on the cake! I finally surprised him! Yeah go me!

The suite server was AWESOME. We even had one come help us that remembered us from last time and a couple new ones so we could sing Happy Birthday!

The cake was awesome. I wish I had taken a photo. OOh YUM. hahaha

Blast from the PAAAAAAAAAST!!!

Haha.. I was cleaning out my external hard drives (I have 7 250gig drives under my desk! ACK!) to be able to access ONE EHD instead of 4 or 5 on a daily basis, and I found this from a series of photos I took waaaay back when. This husband and wife duo were one of my first clients after switching to digital. Boy was that a long time ago!

Selections came to install my shutter blinds and I just HAD to have a photo of my handy work on their mondo van! (Was it cool? Well duh! I thought it was cool that they drove around in a van that had their faces on it! You did a double take... Hey! Isn't that the man that is driving the van?!?!?! haha)

Pat did the install himself and it is still as beautiful as the day he installed it! The experience was awesome from the consultation in the showroom to the final product. I don't think there are two nicer people!

Hahah... I am! I am posting something that is NOT client related! I got my chops busted pretty good for making a couple people wait to see the photo of the day today. Again, I am sorry! You know who you are! hahahah

I love summer because the heat is dry heat... yeah okay I am crazy but at least it is only muggy when we have rain. I am one of those people that love *weather* because it is constantly changing just like life! God's glory is everywhere! You just need to look!

This storm was crawling up on us FAST! Just a quick snappy snap on our way to pick flowers! We still managed to complete football practice and get some mighty fine mosquito bites out of it!

I love little girls touching their toes! They can be a couple months old or 20 years old! There is something about girls toes that are just so cute when they are painted all pretty! Wendy ... you and I need to hook this up again and have some fun. I will line you up a couple models, and we will just have a ball! You bring the fluuf ;) I will bring the shots! :D

Little Miss Attitude. ;) I love it when I ask for attitude and they give it to me! This little one reminds me of my girls. I told her POP a pose and give me some tude.... what does she do? She gives it to me alright!

Just Ducky

Hahah... Little Gabby Girl loves her shabby chic duckie boots. Doesn't she wish they were hers? I have had these boots for a couple years and they are great for getting kids to hold still because they are so big that they can't walk in them! Oh my do I love them!

I had a great time today ladies! And I have so much to share and play with! ;)

Sooooooooooo... Sunday is supposed to be a day of rest? Ha! I wish! Today after church we braved the new Mc Donald's here and boy was THAT busy! The play area is clean and the people taking orders got everything perfectly! So did the cooks! All of you non small town people can't appreciate this as much as we do, I think people have been waiting for a Mc Donald's for over 6 years! And... our first one with a play center! YEAH!

Then it was off to finish school shopping! Usually we get about a copy box full of extra supplies for each teacher, but this year I had to bring the hubby for school shopping. (Don't worry! I can't miss the sales too long! haha) We had a backpacktastrophe today too and had to do a last minute run for a pink backpack.

We were lucky enough to scoop up the kids' Halloween costumes for a great deal today too!

I think about Monica on FRIENDS and my list in my head was:
