More of the Garnet...

This lady was very cute! Isn't her hat just adorable? She had a large red blanket under the dress, but you know me... we had to 86 that before I sent it to print!

I had the pleasure of visiting a assisted living facility today for a DAY IN THE PARK... Ladies dressed up and put on some lovely hats! I had the pleasure of taking their photos and mingling with some very pleasant women!

They had mimes, a barbershop quartet, a pianist, and a ton of other things!!!! It was fun!

Miss future prima ballerina!

Now if this isn't cute, I dont know what is. This little doll baby wanted mom the whole session!!! Hehehe! I remember those days! We put the tutu on her and she seemed to love it! There is nothing like a little girl with a tutu and a bow in her hair!

I had to try to make up for a missed day! Promise to post more tomorrow!

Don't mind the snap shots!!!

I finally gave up! I put up my backdrop system my self. I could not contain myself and when I called hubby to let him know... he said... " Good one more thing off the honey do list that I didn't want to do anyway!" HAHAHAH! Brat! I am very happy. All the supplies and hardware have been sitting in my studio for almost two years! NOW it is money well spent! OH! And I got to use a laser level. Now aren't those just the coolest things???? hahahahah. Look out!!! Amy and a drill!

Meet The Future Mrs OR MISS Touch of class!

Look at this sweetie. Isn't she just a doll face? 3 month old babies tend to be the hardest to shoot, but that one smile from daddy making silly faces and noises ALWAYS takes the cake!

Meet Catherine!

The Mrs Arizona America Touch of Class... Isn't she a doll? Can you believe she has a 3 month old baby? (I will post her photo later tonight Mom!) Talk about class and dignity.... She wears her crown well!

This lady is a true beauty, inside and out.

Website Reform!

I have been diligently working on my website to try to get all the pages working and to get my affiliations added to my homepage.

I am a member of ACPCG the American Child Photographer's Charity Guild which provides free photography sessions to sick and terminally ill children. They require their logo to be placed on your home page, so I am glad I finally got that done!

I also want to bring more awareness to the importance of kick counts while you are pregnant. A wonderful photographer lost her little baby James and has started this campaign for awareness.

So today is not a unique photo... but a link and a screen shot of my new and improved website. Feel free to swing by the new site and check out all the new pages I have added. Portrait Parties are the new rage, and well I will leave the rest for you to check out on your own!!!!!!!

An outtake that deserves mention. Can I keep her Cheryl? You know that even though she hates sessions, she loves me now! ;) She is finally warming up and I bet we can get some better shots next time you bring her! I hope you like all the images we shot that day!

For my Mother in Law....

The kids love riding the carousel at the zoo... and my Mother in Law loves authentic carousel horses... I know these aren't authentic... but they were the only animals standing still! I wish I could shoot some that were not attached!

Tough Love

Aside from the monkeys and elephants and the VERY loud and seemingly displeased panther we saw at the zoo... I will always have a softness for these monster tortoises even though they look pretty tough!

Visiting the Phoenix Zoo

Meet Kasih (KA SEE) the baby orangutan at the Phoenix zoo.... She was showing age appropriate behaviors in resisting her nap when her momma had said it was time to snooze. You can see what mom thought of me taking her photo... hahaha

This is OUR town!

Ok.. these sweet babies are just stinking cute. We have a TON of wild horses where we live and you can see that they come right up to the fence line next to our very VERY busy highway. I braved the insane drivers to hop out and shoot these frisky fillies (and stallians!) on the way to my mother in law's house.

Every time we drive by and we see them, I NEVER remember my camera! This time I purposely went back to the house before we headed into town and as I was driving saw them in the rear view mirror. To my kids' credit they didn't groan when I turned the car around and cut out 30 minutes of swim time to get these shots. They aren't the best but when you park this close the fence they get a bit riled up! As soon as I stopped my van they spotted me and hopped around in warning. Pretty soon (sooner than I wanted) they decided they were done with me and my weirdness even if they weren't done with their grass! The one with the fence gives you an idea of how close I was to them. There is about 25-30 feet between me and the fence.

I am obsessed with their toes. I can't believe how small they are right now and they will never be this small again. I had to take the time to capture their little piggies while I still could.

Thanks for humoring me!!!! These are my posts for the day!

Petite Wedding Packages now available...

By popular demand I have officially set up PETITE WEDDING packages. I have never advertised my wedding clients on the website, but there has been quite a demand lately for small attendance weddings, so I have wanted to make sure I can take care of each and every client in every aspect and every occasion no matter how big or small. Look in the coming weeks to see my larger wedding packages up as well.
